Home Building
We offer a few different models to view, including single-family and paired patio homes. We also provide a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, excluding concrete, flatwork, and yard. We offer customization with the customer’s choice of extras. Homebuyers tell us what they want, and we do our best to accommodate those needs. We would also like you to know that all homes are tested by Energy Diagnostics and have HERS ratings for energy efficiency. High-efficiency furnaces are also installed.
Realty
We are a full-service real estate company. Whether buying or selling, we will represent your best interest regarding the price of the property, the terms of the contract, or the condition of the home.

Our commitment includes a comprehensive one-year warranty covering materials and craftsmanship, with exclusions on concrete flatwork and yard services. A commission of 2% will be paid to a buyer broker for a single-family home and 2.5% for a paired patio property. Moreover, all our homes undergo rigorous testing by Energy Diagnostics, boasting HERS ratings to affirm their energy efficiency. Each home is equipped with high-efficiency furnaces to enhance energy performance further.
